- Southern Nevada
- Arizona

Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive top-line sales growth while maintaining sustainable gross profit margins across KJLC’s four strategic Business Segments. You will also oversee the management of an annual sales plan and travel budget. This role empowers you to source new customer accounts, expand existing ones, and collaborate with inside sales to manage all activities within your assigned geographical territory. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and the broader Commercial Team is essential for success in this position.
How you will contribute:
- Customer Engagement/Satisfaction: Nurture existing business, build strong relationships, stay connected with customers, ensure high customer satisfaction, and explore new business opportunities
- Lead Generation: Develop a customer database, make sales calls, attend conferences, generate leads, and follow up often
- Positive Relationships: Foster productive and professional relationships with prospects and customers
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new products and apply this knowledge in business development and maintain high technical and professional standards
- Market Analysis: Capture detailed market and customer information for accurate forecasting
- Customer Consultation: Understand customer needs and collaborate with product teams to offer tailored solutions
- CRM: Regularly update and manage customer and prospect information, create sales quotations, and execute on all customer related activities
- Presentation Development: Create and present engaging slide decks using PowerPoint and other tools
- Market Feedback: Provide consistent feedback and participate in corporate marketing efforts
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Required
- Technical sales experience and/or a degree in engineering, science, or business
- Advanced selling skills, vertical market knowledge, relevant industry knowledge, and technical competence are required
- Ability to analyze customer needs, develop creative solutions, and leverage technical resources drive sales
- Physically mobile and willing to travel frequently to customer sites (universities, laboratories, industrial settings, etc.)
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of science and/or engineering
- Five or more years of experience in technical sales
